Disney Hotel Cheyenne - Coupvray

This place suits me perfectly! The wi-fi is fast, luggage storage is convenient, and the 24-hour reception is very helpful. I remember when the staff found me a local food delivery number on my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for another trip!

I really enjoyed 2 nights there. The hotel was great with welcoming employees in every member of staff. The room was huge, and cheap, with central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV. The restaurant was nice, I tried hot dishes.

The place is quiet and amazing, we didn't want to leave!

So we also would come here again, but we didn't have time. The venue is big and clean with a good value and competent staff. The beds are comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast includes incredible food like cereals, pastries, slices of fresh bread, eggs and toast. Its location is brilliant and prime, next to Disney Village and the Parks and Val d'Europe.

My daughter enjoyed meeting Goofy in the hotel.

The air conditioning didn't work on our second night.

my must haves' are a huge, cheap room with a good sized bathroom and 2 double beds and toiletries.

Had a very positive stay for a Disneyland Paris vacation. The staff was polite and check in was quick. The hotel had amazing, lovely location, we were close to a bus stop.

Consider enjoying the character meet-and-greets available at the hotel. They create magical memories without the park lines.

Charming Wild West themed architecture

Great theming and really clean. Staff was super friendly.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but you get what you pay for.

The themed architecture captures the Wild West vibe perfectly. Scenic walking paths lead you straight to the parks.

Rooms can feel pretty impersonal and lack some basics, like the ability to boil water or a space for soap in the bathroom. The uncomfortable beds made sleeping a bit rough, and you might want to watch out for the cleanliness issues, as I spotted spider webs and mold in the bathroom. Lastly, the dining setup is a bit clunky. You pay upfront and must queue for drinks rather than enjoying table service, which can feel off-putting after a long day.

Staying in the wood-themed room was such a treat, especially for my Toy Story-loving kid! The whole place. Super clean, and the staff were so friendly. The buffet had tons of yummy choices! Just wish the curtains worked better because that outside light woke me up early.

The hotel features charming decor themed around Sheriff Woody and offers great shuttle service to the parks. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days. Cleanliness could use improvement. Dusty floors and a less than pristine hand towel raised some concerns.

The location is amazing! Just a short walk to the parks. The check-in process was chaotic and took way too long 😩
